Returns
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in protective packaging.
• Sale items, custom orders, and undergarments are non-returnable.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team at support@themalabrand.com to initiate your return.
2. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions from our team.
3. Ship the items back to us using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Retain your tracking details as proof of return.
Refunds
MALA provides free shipping on all orders, a small handling fee may be deducted from refunds to offset the initial outbound shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund (less handling fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, you will receive a full refund with no fees applied.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund (less handling fee) will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@themalabrand.com. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
Additional Notes
• Returned items must be free of marks, makeup, perfume, or deodorant traces.
• MALA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
• Denied returns may be shipped back to the customer or subject to a refurbishing fee.
